aaf145 - June 2, 2014Such a let down, considering BrewGene had this listed as a 5 star recommendation... Almost tasted like a flat soda.. Lacked flavor and totally watered down..A truly disappointing English Brown Ale
Mackie10 - May 19, 2014A- Dark for a brown ale. Deep red, almost cola colored. Thin head with islands that linger.
S- Faint malts, bitter.
T- somewhat malty, bitter, some caramel
M- medium to thin, watery at times
O- not a bad drink, but not one I'd seek out. Not as heavy as a Porter or stout, not a whole lot of flavor either.

Ern Dog - January 23, 2014An exceptional American dark brown ale, with more of a Stout characteristic. Smoky and roasted coffee notes, and Guinness like flavor in the palate. Cheers from sunny Southern California USA! 1/22/14
