Interesting but not a huge fan of the honey sweetness that follows.

Great smooth tasting brown ale! Mild chocolate and caramel overtones. That was at least 4 years ago from a bottle. Just got a six pack in a can and these are Yuck. Maybe it?s the variety of honey in this batch. Tastes like the flower paper whites smell and reminds me of a funeral. Yep, I?m contacting the brewery to see if they can explain. It?s not the can. I?ve had good ones on a can.

Great beer with a lot of flavor. Goes down very smooth. Not much head.

A lighter, different flavored Brown w/a dash of honey. Not bad off tap @ WOB.

Classic brown ale flavor with slight taste of honey. Little better than new castle in my opinion.

Smooth English Style brown ale with very light honey flavor.

Quite possibly the worst beer I've ever had. All who tried it wondered how in the world this thing made it to production. Back Forty's other brews are decent enough, but the Honey Brown is downright horrid. Perhaps I got a bad batch, though a friend of mine who's had it before said pretty much the same thing.
