Color: dirty lemon... Head: small amount thin white foam, dissipates quickly. Medium high carbonization, a bit like champagne. Nose: lemon, a bit of acid, and a bit earthy funk. Taste: mouthfilling. Nice balance of wheat, sour and salt, with a little funk. Long aftertaste. Glass: reidel water/basic wine

Smooth. Nice color. Hoppier than I thought, but not bad. Cut the spice of the Jumbalaya (sp?) nicely.

Hazy golden body w/ white head. Citrus, coriander & pineapple aromas. Orange peel, coriander & lightly tart citrus flavors. Light bodied.

Didn't really like it at all. Will try again. Too much funk for a wheat beer. Second one much better. Still not my thought of a wheat beer. But kinda grows on ya
