Smooth and light for a stout, slightly sweet with toffee notes

The basic structure of a dunkel lager with some nice round roasted maltiness but also the smoked aroma and finish of a rauchbier. A really nicely balanced beer that gives some nice smoke without being as overpowering as some rauchbiers.
