SRM8. Large foamy head and completely opaque. Bottle fizzed over on me when I popped open. No visible bubbles. Estery aroma and light hints of sour citrus. Fantastic taste. Very light on the tongue but with intense estery flavor. Moderately high carbonation. No bitterness but pleasant aftertaste.

This is a very solid Belgian Tripel. Poured bubbly and golden; the Head took a while to settle. Not too strong smell. Nice info carbonation that settles into a salad but mild Tripel sweetness. I could drink this all day and be happy.
