Hoppy on the verge of being sweeter than bitter

APPEARANCE - Opaque, 3FH, foamy, lacing, red, amber. AROMA/SCENT - Floral, sweet. TASTE - Hops, sweet, nutty, pine, fruit, brown sugar, raisin. MOUTHFEEL/PALATE/TEXTURE - Good carbonation, smooth, effervescent, crisp, frothy, refreshing. VALUE - $9 for a 12-oz draft. OK. OVERALL/DRINKABILITY - Goes down easy for a Belgian-style Tripel.

Great tripel.. Easy drinking, slight spice subtle fruit, no bite whatsoever.. Great abv..Smuttynose has been making solid Belgians lately..4.5 stars
