TheClosetBrewer - January 15, 2014Sweet malty nose coupled with fresh baked bread notes. It's beautifully clear and copper/red in color. It's is medium bodied, very profound bread character, with a zesty hop note half way through to the finish. The finish contains some residual malt sweetness and hops but the lasting note is very doughy.
