2011 vintage. Allow to age 3 years.

A unique spicy flavor that is reminiscent of a toned down Gulden Drak 9000 or Asylum. Sweet and tasty. You can taste the Belgian-ness. EDIT - shouldn't age it. It loses everything good about it. Glad I tried it fresh a year ago.

6 month old bottle. Pours very dark brown! Foamy whitish 1.5 finger head. Definite spice and Belgian candy sugar. Huge clove and nutmeg!!! High carbonation. Taste matches the smell. Good beer especially with the price point. Would prefer to share the 750!

Rich malty. Nice spice in background

Dark and spicey. Poured with a very thick head and very carbonated. I think the flavors will blend better as it sits, and can't wait to taste it next year.

A dark spiced ale with a Belgian flavor. Not too strong but very flavorful. Holiday spices make it a good Christmas beer.

Vary dark, almost black; smells of sweet alcohol. Full bodied complex flavor, starting like a dubbel or tripel Belgian then an even stronger holiday spice

Sweet aroma with a spice finish. Pleasantly surprised
