The Bruery impresses again with a top notch tripel. Do not be afraid of the rice and Thai basil; they are detectable probably only by the subtlest palettes. This is pure tripel goodness with a heavier body than your average tripel, which works amazingly well. Less yeasty and less carbonated than many triples. Tastes a little more like a saison, actually, all things considered. Great beer.

Mind smooth balanced triple. The malts fad to the spice at the back. Slight tart finish

Clove flavor and scent of basil with a slight taste. Not hoppy, slight tones of Hefeweizen hops.

Fruity and slightly spicy, hazy copper color; great body; food Belgium style ale

Fruity and slight spicy, cloudy and boozy, copper color; great Belgium type taste

Golden amber with a mild haze, large thick white head that stays. Big fruity aromas. Flavorful with a thick mouthfeel and smooth finish. Flavors of apricots and peaches. Don't get much spice.....

Brassy hue with foamy Belgian Lace that lingers. The Thai Basil is more pronounced then I expected. Quite refreshing. Medium bodied with abundant carbonation, the basil seems to dominate the palate as well. Not bad.
