Probably my favorite beer. Never gets old. Love the hops and the alcohol content. Great IPA. profile - December 7, 2015
Fuerte, espesa. Buena para colocón rápido.

Very hoppy IPA, overly bitter for my palate, with a long, lingering finish.

10/1/15 - My first beer from Ninkasi. 22oz bottle into a Pilsner glass. 1/2" long lasting head with excellent lacing. Above average carbonation, medium mouthfeel. Aroma is citrus and pine hops. Taste follows the nose, with a subdued maltiness and a nice hoppy bitter finish. Decent IPA, but I'd prefer a little more citrus taste from an IPA. profile - October 1, 2015
B-. Used to really like this, but there are so many others out there with more complexity, it does not stand out. Had one 10-23-21 and aroma was sweet malt, no pine, just ok. C+.

Pretty dry IPA that is so hoppy it drowns out the other flavors. Fairly unremarkable. 2 stars
