As per Tongerlo's recommendation, be sure to leave about 2cm in the bottle to swirl. Pour the remainder in a smaller glass (shot glass size) to enjoy separately, or pour what's left in with your larger glass. It is worth trying both ways as the "bottom" is quite smooth and, as you could imagine, complex; this complexity can bee a nice addition to the beer in the larger glass. Overall this is a very nice triple that is not overly flowery, but with a citrus flavor and body that is reminiscent of some wit biers. Carbonation was moderate and in line with, or less than other Belgian biers. Give it a shot, there's good reason Tongerlo has been winning awards.

Good example of a trippel. Nice & flavorful but VERY carbonated. Let rest for several minutes after opening.
