Pours a hazy bright golden straw color. Big white head initially, sticks around for a bit then left a nice thick film. The Brett is very much in the forefront of the nose and taste. It's a light and playful farmyness, not so much as pigs and cow dung, but chickadees and wildflowers. Tripel with Brett, aged in Chardonnay barrels. The Chardonnay is really evident in the flavor. This is a really good beer. Really enjoyable. Really fresh. Really interesting. It gets a little sweet towards the end, and it finishes wet and sweet.
