Mr. Marcus - April 30, 2014Big pine (or sequoia???) on the nose. Ripe papaya and teriyaki sauce fill the glass. Some funky bleu cheese. All the delicious grassy funk carries over to the palate. Here I'm tasting some burnt sugar, strong cheese, rich honey, and molasses. Bitterness stays a while and keeps you wanting more. Delicious. Good job boys. Your new brewer is clutch.
