davl22 - January 8, 2012Aromas of herbs and yeast, very light color and flavor. Slightly tart and bready. Earthy finish, not my favorite dogfish but really interesting, definitely tastes ancient
afloydianslip - January 1, 2012Strong malt flavor. Fairly sweet. Touch of citrus from the Za'atar. Obvious herbal quality, possibly resulting from the inclusion of chamomile. Honestly needs to be tasted to be believed. Not really kind of beer but I have love anyway. Dogfish knows no ills.
