Simco dry hopped version. Lots if juiciness from the hops, but still nice saison spice flavor. This is essentially an ipa with saison yeast. Great beer. +.5 for this variation.

They changed the yeast, still really good, a bit more carbonated, but much of the flavor stays the same.

Pours golden with fluffy lacy head. Smells like a grassy saison. It's ok, got a alcohol burn at first but settles after breathing. Decent American saison. Got some hoppy notes and a dry finish.

A play on their flagship saison. A little drier and higher ABV. Great saison, with a subtle hopiness.
