xgritzx - January 9, 2012Just what you would expect from the best brewery IMO, lots of hops and over the top flavor. Not for everyone, but a great ale for those like like a kick you in the face dark. I can't really describe it better than the bottle itself. It's a beer mans beer.

jedinite12 - November 7, 2011Very few breweries have a black IPA, but Stone has the best. Not too overpowered by the hops, yet still smooth and "thin" like a black lager. By far the best black IPA around.
