BTCulhane12@msn.com - June 14, 2016Golden color, pours with half inch foamy head. Effervescence similar to that of ginger ale. Light on the palate. The ginger flavor comes across on first taste and again on the back of the palate. The pepper and key lime are not overly noticeable but seem to complement the ginger flavor nicely. If you like ginger, you will likely find this beer refreshing, especially on a warm summer day.
