Crisp refreshing beer with a hint of strawberry that's not overpowering. The beer itself isn't complex, but tasty.

4/5/13 from bottle. Wanted desperately to like this since I actually live on Belmont Ave. a few blocks from the restaurant. I have been meaning to go there, but happened upon a bottle at the local grocery store. Sadly, I found it to be sub-par. The strawberry taste is there, but only momentarily before it gives way to a rather sour grain flavor. Aftertaste is very grainy, almost corny. It just doesn't work well. Glad I had it once, for novelty. Had at their brewery 6-8-13. Half a star better when it tastes fresh.

This beer used to be delicious and had a nice strawberry crisp taste. once the company moved out of its original location and moved down south the beer started having a bitter nasty taste. when I purchased this beer recently I noticed a cloudy settlement at the bottom of the bottle and the beer taste bitter and disgusting. They need to go back to the old recipe. Has a nice bottled.
