dlitolff - October 15, 201512 oz bottle. Pours amber with some haziness, thick off white head with nice retention. A few rings of lace. Aroma is all sweet caramel and bready. The taste follows, malt forward, sticky sweet. The hops come in mid-sip with some strong pine and grapefruit peel, fresh cut grass, but in the end the malty sweetness wins over. Medium mouthfeel. Overall malt forward ipa, like a hoppy red ale, decent brew. October 2015
