owlyn - May 16, 2015Surprisingly good considering it is beef with cacao, chili pepper, and sea salt. At first, there is a bitter finish, but that vanishes after a few sips. Very dark, nice alcohol flavor. Can't say I taste chocolate or coffee or raisin, but it tastes good
