Nice dark color with a light tan, fluffy head. Pine and tobacco-like hops. Caramel and roasted malts come through, but take a back seat to the hop bitterness.

Hoppy for a winter beer without as much depth as a typical dark seasonal. Need to try again though.

Strong hop flavor but not like an IPA, the 3 hop varieties used create a very good complex flavor

Bright piney hops pop at first taste without overwhelming. Beautifully long flavor profile that just continues shifting across your palate until it finishes with delicious caramel malt softness. Wonderfully different
