Extremely tempted to give this a 5. Smooth drinking with fruit and caramel taste while the booze comes through as it warms. Had the side-by-side with the Rochefort 10 and would say that it's on an even level if not slightly better.

A lot of alcohol but smooth

Citrus Hops(?) Not bad, not my favorite. Very "hoppy" to me.

Great beer. Complex taste. Slightly fruity with an almost champagne-like finish. Still not overly sweet.

Lemon, caramel apple, vanilla, and light fig on the nose. Clove, cinnamon and pistachio with citrus overtones in the palette. Slowish, bitter, black licorice finish. Nice and even. After the fourth sip, raisin appearing on the finish. Delicate and delicious quad.

Good beer not bottle conditioned which is nice for a change. Good head/carbonation taste almost lighter than other quads

Fruity esters as expected in a Belgian mask the burn from the 10.5% nicely.
