Well balanced beer. Lots of flavor. Sweet and yet bitter.

Had this with max at that Asian infused place with the cool bartender who gave me free shots. Beer is ok, not particularly hoppy for an IPA

Surprising hoppiness on the front end and finishes heavy on the pine & grapefruit on the back end. Not as full flavored as I would like but solid drinkable IPA

NC brewery, brought home from Ocracoke. Golden color, medium body, medium hoppy. Good with rich pizza! A little hoppy on its own. July 2014.

Slightly too malty for my taste. Hops are strong enough to make it doable.

Don't know what it is about east coast IPAs but they just aren't nearly as good as west coasters.
