28JUN12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN A bit harsh on flavor. Very hops-centric, and has an aftertaste that lingers. It flirts with being refreshing, but falls a bit short.

Mildly hoppy. Typical SN flavor profile. One of their better brews but not an "Extra" IPA by any means. Better a little on the warm side ~55F.

Starts off ok but has a bad bite at the end

A delectably bittersweet IPA. Much more bitter than your average IPA, but it gives it a distinctive character that is unique. Nevertheless there are strong notes of citrus and pine. Goes well with tuna salad as it turns out. One of my favorite beers, highly recommended.

Hoppiness is middle of the road. Tasty but nothing spectacular.

Extremely drinkable for a 65 IBU beer. A great introduction to IPAs and hops. Slight citrus notes with great balance.

Bitter but it has grown on me, has a nice citrus flavor and is one of my favorite IPA's, enjoyable if you like a bit of a bite

Not even a big ipa fan but his ipa is flavorful, drinkable, and great for a nice little drinking session. I think it's the most perfect ipa I've had. Way better than the dogfish head IPAs since it isn't near as expensive and tastes even better
