DaxAttack - November 17, 2012Perfectly well rounded and balanced. Nice aromas of pine and hops and a bit of a west coast citrusy identity. Nice flavor, tasty hops and incredible balance. Nice hit, and disappears quickly. Great fresh flavor, and great linger beyond that.
christianw - February 7, 2012Balanced is the one word I would use to describe this brew. Fresh, grassy hop aroma leads to a mildly piney, not-too-sweet, clean finishing palate. No flavor is overbearing. It lingers lightly on the palate but not heavily. The fresh ingredients and organic brewing process are evident in the cleanness and balance of the brew.
