Great at the front of the taste, bitter in the middle, sharp at the end. Light and very worthy of its name. Every sip tastes like fall.

Yep..it's bitter. If you enjoy a long aftertaste on the back of your tongue, then this your brew. It would be perfect with a sweet meal.
