Pours dark and virtually impervious to light. Small, dark foamy head that dissipates quickly. Great initial aroma of cocoa, mocha, coffee, and rum. While not overly thick, the beer coats the tongue and nuances of chocolate, vanilla, rum appear. A nice sweetness pervades the beer, with undercurrents of coffee lingering long after you swallow. It is truly a shame this beer has such limited distribution. 11/6/14, growler bought at the brewery 4 stars
