aaf145 - February 7, 2016very drinkable.. Call me crazy but not enough heat!!!! I want more jalapeños!!!..I wasn't familiar with piloncillo before drinking but now after seeing it in the beer and researching it it's giving it a weird sweetness, which I'm not crazy about, may also be killing the spice...I just want to see this without the piloncillo... has potential with just jalapeños and Belgian yeast.

zomerhouse - September 8, 2015Dark Amber color, scent of subtle pepper and Belgian yeast. Lighter body, saison spices come out ok, but the pepper is nice. Less spicy than hoped for, unfortunately....
Higgsyboy - August 6, 2015Copper body, but almost undetectable scent. Light body, saison spices don't really come out well, but the pepper is good. Not overpowering, not underwhelming. Certainly a better attempt at a hot-pepper beer than Habanero Sculpin. Glad I got it, but probably won't order again unless pairing with food.
