tonyc210@gmail.com - December 13, 2013Nice dark color, I pour it for max head because I find it a bit over carbonated. Big Belgian yeast aroma, some toffee. Sweet caramel and Belgian yeast dominate the palate, a bit boozy. Nice long finish of caramel, toffee, Belgian yeast, esthers, alcohol. Bubbles on the finish - a bit too over carbonated for me. I think the barrel aging brings out the boozy flavor...
