zomerhouse - April 26, 2012Nice smooth black lager with a good clean aftertaste. Like the stubby bottle too.....
TrevorT - March 8, 2012Ok but there are better black lagers. Color is a deep brown with a medium ivory head. The aroma is a roasted coffee with a hint of maple syrup. The taste is roasted malts and a bit of a hops. Could use a crisper taste. 2 of 5 stars.

ok, stubbies are cool and the beer isn't half bad really cold.
DarkstarLAX - January 8, 2012Nice dark color... thin head that did not stay around too long...fairly smooth and not too hoppy...I would take the New Belgium 1554 or the Magic Hat Howl over this...
