jaywill1323 - April 25, 2015Aged in buffalo trace barrels. Abita's new brewmaster series. I think Abita is becoming the DFH of the south.
Dark brown in color with a razor thin khaki head and bourbon boozy aromas. Medium in body it has a 'chewy' aspect from the oats. Bourbon, coffee, vanilla, and oak flavors intermingle and perfectly balance this beer. Dry oaky finish. Easily my favorite from Abita.
