TheDanLovingood - October 23, 2015Hints of French roast coffee, semi-sweet chocolate, smoke. Nice and creamy. Well balanced bittering hops. Very tasty!

andrewsbromley - June 21, 2013Deep, dark, black color. Flavor is decidedly coffee, with some mild coffee-like bitterness in the aftertaste. The beer is very smooth with what almost tastes like notes of almonds.
Hamburglar57 - May 31, 2013For all of the hop forward beers in Finch's arsenal, this amazing stout is definitely their greatest "secret." This is a smooth and incredibly drinkable stout that is all about the malt. It pours dark and thick, with off-white head of tight bubbles. Strong creaminess and vanilla tone prevail, to the point this drinks like a milk stout. Great stuff!
