Cowboy Mike - April 5, 2017Pours a deep reddish brown with no head. Very malty in both flavor and aroma, with a nice smokiness in the background. Hard to taste the impact of the barrel aging. As it warms the maltiness only becomes more dominant. Could use more balance.
