davl22 - May 10, 2015Brett Saison fermented with chard grape must, dry hopped with Nelson sauvin. Super aromatic, smells like Sauvignon blanc, really bright and funky, carbonation is a little too intense for me, and I wish there was a touch of sweetness to balance out the dry body
