Very strong, notes of raisins or prunes. Sweet, smooth, very good but high ABV so watch out!

Very malty - almost salty

As good an American beer as there is, regardless of type. This one happens to be a quad with multiple layers and complexities. Harder to describe than a good wine, which is the point I think.

Great quad nice balance of dark fruit.. Slight boozy after taste.. Sam Adams is legit and still kick ass in this new craft beer revolution.. Can't taste the abv, competes with authentic belgian quads... 4 stars

Thick molassesy Belgian quad. Silky feel in the palate. Hints of raisins, and figs, with a spicy aftertaste. Aged in oak barrels. Delicious!

Not a fan of this one. Strong. Nice aroma. Odd taste.

Pours dark amber with minimal head. Fruity spicy sweet. Better for an after meal brew than with a meal.

A good beer. Fruity with a nice flavor. I was a little doubtful by the description on the bottle but I was pleased by this beer.
