jameson.alford@gmail.com - May 4, 2014It starts out hazy, pale orange with a white head. Light hops on the nose. Slight spiciness too. Smooth in the mouth, with a creamy mouthfeel. A slight spiciness in the mouth as well. Kind of a medium heavy body with the creaminess. Low astringency in the finish with no bitterness. No real hop presence. A fine ale that fits its name. A good brew for those warming days with chilly nights in early spring.
