bugs318 - December 10, 2013On draught at St. Bock. Cloudy yellow with a nice thick creamy white head of great retention and full lace. Nose is sweaty and yeasty with some pear. Taste is similar with a fine herbal dry finish. A bold yeast presence. Sharp carbonation. Fair fruity dry linger. Like the prickle but would benefit from a milder yeast, IMHO.
