Robust dark ale.. nice aromatic scent, adequate head, sweet caramel notes, with an exhilarating high potent 13.2% ABV! 5/9/24

Like a beer had a baby with some whisky. Strong bananas foster French toast notes!

Too much for me! I was expecting the usual barrel aged imperial stout - not so. More like an imperial scotch ale - think Founders Backwoods Bastard - but extremely boozy. I had to share the 1 oz taste. Not for me. 11/25/16 Draft at Gaslight -Atlantic Highlands 3 stars
