Nice hop aroma. Gets you ready for the smooth malt flavor with an assertive bitterness. Drank this in January which is definitely the wrong season. Will be a perfect beverage for the spring. The hop flavor that finishes the sip off just screams fresh spring blooms in my mind.
Crafty drinker - January 17, 2012It's brewed with this rustic grain for refined flavors and the purest ingredients!!! It combines the peppery spice of rye with the bright citrusy flavors of whole-cone hops to create a complex ale for the tumultuous transition to Spring!!! Fantastic!!!
