Great pumpkin ale. Being in rum casks adds a smooth lite boozy taste to the medium spiced pumpkin flavor.

I was very hopeful with the rum barrel and vanilla bean aging, and those flavors are present, but in a very subtle way, and only when the beer is fairly warm. Overall it's the same old pumpkin = cinnamon and nutmeg BS.

Pumpkin taste is not too overwhelming, and rum barrels are thankfully also not prominent

The pumpkin spice flavors are good, but there's an extremely buttery taste that kinda turns me off. It's drinkable but I'm not a fan. Cheers!

Slightly better than average, but doesn't come close to superior pumpkins like Southern Tier Pumpking

Decent but pretty typical for a pumpkin ale. A good beer but nothing really outstanding. Middle of the road in terms of pumpkin spice flavor. Not overwhelming but assertive.
