Mapwhap - December 23, 2014I think this is a tasty, very drinkable ale, but I don't think it's a strong representative of the saison style. It is a very nice, cloudy, straw color, and formed a good head when poured. However, it was little light in the farmhouse funk that gives the style it's character, and actually had a more lemony taste than I would have expected. Again....plenty drinkable as a summer wheat type brew, but not a great saison.
