Great balance, floral hop. Bit of tart spice on tip of tongue. Seems like it would go well with spicy seafood, not surprisingly.

More of a bitter red ale

Reddish copper in appearance. Very light head with little lacing. A little on the hoppy side with caramel notes. Very drinkable.
