Not a hop-head, so if I'm going to like an IPA, it's going to need to be balanced, or at least bring something else to the table. This was a fantastic brew- definitely hop-forward but equally balanced, with some beautiful fruity notes of apple and pear, and then a nice smooth buttery malt character to round things out. this, along with brewdog's punk IPA, is probably my favorite IPA.

jb0707 - July 6, 2012I live my beers bitter and hoppy so this hits the spot. It's strong flavour earns it 4 stars for me. I drove to Wisconsin just for it! I've hear a lot about bear republic and had to experience it for myself! I must say Im impressed!
