Mapwhap - June 19, 2017The version of this I tried was brewed in January of 2017. It boasts of pink Himalayan sea salt, roasted coriander, passion fruit , and four months of age in cabernet barrels. It is gloriously sour, yet this is almost immediately contrasted with a burst of saltiness. The scent and subtle taste of wine are present throughout. Be clear....this is NOT a beer you will enjoy if you are an IPA hop-head. It is a sour, and a very unique one at that. High ratings for originality.
