strong start, covers the whole tongue, doesn't hang around.

Has that typical Belgium floral nose. Great yeast strain by the flavor. The expected fruit taste, but suttle.

18JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Draft. 3.85 Light-colored Belgian strong ale. Fruit flavors are evident in the aroma and flavor, but it seems to be the mild spices that take the forefront. Almost like a pale ale, but has the much sweetness from the Belgian style. A bit of Hefe flavor is evident, almost like a golden-pale ale-hefe blend.

Little bit of spice in the nose. Sweet with a little bitter on the back end. Light
