strong start, covers the whole tongue, doesn't hang around.

Has that typical Belgium floral nose. Great yeast strain by the flavor. The expected fruit taste, but suttle.

Light-colored Belgian strong ale. Fruit flavors are evident in the aroma and flavor, but it seems to be the mild spices that take the forefront. Almost like a pale ale, but has the much sweetness from the Belgian style. A bit of Hefe flavor is evident, almost like a golden-pale ale-hefe blend.
