Drinking at a moderately cold temp. Good citrus front, amazing firm structure on the head, strong sour taste with dry finish. Wheat stands throughout.

Hazy straw yellow, white fluffy head, aroma of citrus, Belgian yeast, and barn funk. Light, crisp, smooth body, lemon/lime, wheat, and a herbal brett finish. GREAT Belgian style saison!
