Neat beer. Malty and biscuity, with a nice touch of hops. Good balance.

Nice Amber color. Smooth, easy to drink with a slight bitter after taste. Hints of caramel and malty consistency. Similar to a summit. Tasty.

Nice hops notes. Reminds me of Summit. Tasty.

Not much of the Winter taste I was expecting. Butter and hoppy, not spicy.

Here's my issue: it's a decent red ale/amber ale.
However, it's packaged as a winter ale, which it is not. as a winter ale on its own it is quite disappointing. I thought it was bad when I opened it.

Not bad. A little hoppy for a winter ale. But smooth with a nice aroma.

Had it on Nitro. Smells very hoppy, but the nitro kills the bitterness. Very good.

Had it nitro. More hoppy than I would have thought for a winter ale but still decent.

Was expecting a winter ale. This is not. It's a hoppy red ale with a spice flavor. Will not try again.

Good winter spices ale.
