Artificial lemon, but not bad.

I keep going back to this one if I'm in the mood for a shandy. Balanced beer and fruit flavors. Excellent on a hot day. Very refreshing.

Starts off like bud then into a very sweat lemon flavor then back to bud.

Just like any other shandy

The use of cane sugar and lemon juice in lieu of lemonade give this beer a very unique taste from other Shandy-style beers. That being said, the cane sugar makes it too sweet and much more like a commercial adjunct lager than anything else I've had from Potosi. I've had worse beers than this, but for my money Leinie's Summer Shandy is a better beer in both taste and price.
