Dark, light bodied for a porter, light, slightly bitter taste

Dark but with a bit of hops. Smooth finish.

Fairly light for a porter. Not a lot of flavor with a somewhat thin body

From the bottle, 6 months old: Start - espresso with citrus foreground Middle - bitter coffee, smoke prevalent Finish - metallic, smoky background By itself, not my favorite porter. However, this would pair beautifully with smoked lamb, brisket, or maybe a rich tiramisu.
