After reading reviews & the ratings of 4+ stars, my first taste did not live up to expectations. To my taste this is an average, hoppy (spicy) not juicy IPA.

Smooth almost citrusy start with mild hoppy finish. Very smooth, good but doesn?t live up to the hype

This beer was on my list for many years. It was a solid DIPA but honestly I?ve had better. Overall I?m very glad I finally got to drink it, but 4-4.5 stars is the most I could go.

Overrated as expected yet still very good. Good balance between fruity and bitter, with bitter being more dominant. On the heavy body side of IPAs. Found this legendary beer minding its own business at a Silverthorne, CO, liquor story. Not ridiculously overpriced. Had again March 2024. Got at Basecamp Liquors, Frisco, CO. Less impressed this time. It?s a solid four star beer, no more. There are 300 other IPAs that are at least this good.

Earthy with subtle piney and a hint of citrus in the back end. Very smooth with and not overly hoppy!!

Rock solid IIPA. Has everything you?d expect - light, slightly creamy head, overflowing bright, citrus hops, clean finish with a slight lingering malt. That said - not the best in class, but certainly one of them. I wouldn?t say I was disappointed - slightly underwhelmed after all the hype.

Bubbly tangy IPA that was very tasty and I was super happy my brother-in-law went the extra mile to find me some. He also had an older one which really held up well. I know IPAs are best when fresh but the older one was great too. Very nice beer drinking experience! I highly recommend it!

Awesome beer but it?s a little to balanced for 5 stars. I like my IPA?s with a bit more bite. I?ll drink it when I find it on tap.

Looking forward to this beer for awhile. It didn't disappoint. Excellent. Though I think I prefer WW Pernicious.
